Profile Details That May Improve Removal Coverage
For PrivacyPulse Pro and Family members, keeping profile details current may give removal workflows more useful clues. People-search sites can compile records from different sources, so a broker listing may include an older address, an email you no longer use, or a phone number connected to your name.

How extra details may help with matching
A name by itself may not distinguish you from someone else. A previous address, alternate email address, or phone number may help connect a broker record to the right person when that detail appears in the broker’s data. More relevant details may also help a removal request identify the listing it concerns.
- An older address may help explain a listing that still shows where you used to live.
- An alternate email may help connect a broker record created from an older account or source.
- A phone number may help distinguish people with similar names or connect related records.
What you can update in a PrivacyPulse profile
You can update the name, email aliases, phone number, and address details saved for a monitored profile. The current editor accepts multiple email aliases and one phone number and address per profile. It does not provide a separate address-history list, so you cannot save several previous addresses on one profile today. Older addresses may still be clues in broker records, but do not replace a current profile address with an old one just to add another match clue.
Better matching does not guarantee removal
These details may help identify a record, but a match is not proof that a broker will remove it. Brokers use their own data and verification steps, and some records may be incomplete, outdated, or connected to another person. Adding details does not guarantee that a record will be found, that a request will be accepted, or that information will stay removed.
Review the profiles you monitor and keep the available contact details accurate. Current profile fields may help matching and removal requests, but they cannot guarantee a result.
